Altimus
Altimus means ‘the highest’ in Latin and is a tribute to the Cafayate valley, which at 1700 m above sea level is one of the highest places where vines grow . Altimus was bottled unfiltered to protect its natural qualities, maintaining a perfect balance between fruit and oak. A lovely combination of red berry fruits, plums, vanilla and tobacco.
